REACH eCommerce Consulting was founded by Karsten Ziche in April 2022. Our mission is to provide affordable expert support to small businesses with limited resources and experience.
Our international team of eCommerce experts is based all over the world, including US, UK, Europe and APAC. Everyone we work with is not only an experienced eCommerce specialist but also posseses linguistic and cultural skills, which are essential for internationalization.

Every new client is eligble to a FREE 30-minute consultation with our CEO to discuss their project, ask questions and decide if we are a good fit. Unlike many others, we do not have set plans because every project is unique and deserves to be treated as such. We are happy to work around your budget, whether you prefer hourly rates, project-based fees or commission-based arrangements. We pride ourselves in making professional eCommerce services accessable to small businesses.
